2. Shipping Costs
Standard delivery rates:
• Poland — 79 PLN
• Europe and Ukraine — 99 PLN
Free shipping is available for all orders above 6000 PLN.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
• Poland: 3–5 business days
• Europe and Ukraine: 5–8 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on:

4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed during business hours:
Monday–Friday 08:00 – 16:00
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Customers receive shipping confirmation once the order has been dispatched.
5. Handmade Furniture and Natural Materials
All furniture available at Czyste Drewno is handcrafted using natural wood.
Due to the organic nature of wood and artisan production methods:
• Grain patterns may differ
• Shades and textures may vary slightly
• Small natural details may appear differently on each product
These variations are a natural part of handcrafted furniture and contribute to the uniqueness of every piece.
No two items are completely identical.
6. Packaging and Protection
We carefully package all products to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
Large or delicate furniture items may require additional protective materials depending on the product type.
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, we recommend documenting the condition before opening the package and contacting us immediately.
7. Customs and International Deliveries
For deliveries outside the European Union, including Ukraine, additional customs procedures or import fees may apply depending on local regulations.
Customers are responsible for complying with local import where applicable.
